Coroplast Tape Corporation’s exceptional growth in the US market can easily be seen through their multiple building expansion projects - averaging one project each year since beginning operations in 2015. Context Design Group is proud to have been a member of their team from the beginning - and extended partnership as they continue this growth trend. Following suit, Context has completed another Production/Warehouse expansion that follows their ‘pod’ growth module in the original master plan developed through our partnership in their initial site development.
This new 40,000 square foot ‘pod’ follows previous expansions, providing an open and flexible area for Production & Warehousing that can be easily transitioned as their needs change. Additionally, a Support area includes Office, Break, and Toilet facilities serving the space while the design accommodates a future 2nd level to be constructed at a later date.

As part of this project, we worked through the design for implementing new utilitiy services for this expansion. The water & sewer runs were strategically located so that future expansions may utilize this infrastructure without any re-work necessary. The new electrical room is laid out so that future equipment may be installed to serve future process needs - providing a flexible solution as Coroplast grows.
