Context Design Group, PLLC together with The Parvey Companies, Davis & Floyd & NAI Earl Furman developed a Conceptual Design and Site Masterplan for the I-85 & Laurens Road Interchange location on the Verdae Site located in Greenville, South Carolina. CDG put together a Conceptual Design Package to be presented by Verdae Development to a Build-to-Suit Tenants. This location is a key site opportunity due to its proximity to Greenville & Spartanburg, South Carolina and is directly across Interstate 85 from the Clemson University ICAR Campus.
